The three bedroom home is fully air-conditioned up with internal stairs leading down to a rumpus and laundry. The ground level offers a large lockable area either for car accommodation,workshop or maybe a safe shady play area for kids and pets. Plus there is a garden shed and bore out back to keep the home green when we have the next water restrictions, also two fenced areas two keep the pets away when having a Bar-b-que one with a mango tree to shade the animals on a hot day as well as an area to keep the laying hens.
